You can use on HomeBrew 3DS, on Citrus emu, or on real 3DS with Sky3DS+ device!! They run about $80, but you can run ROMs, cheats, whatever on it! Worth it, IMHO. :)

its OOT! theres honestly nothing i can say that hasn't been said a billion times before. its zelda, its amazing, and they all its almost an exact copy of the n64 version save for a few removed bugs; they DID keep a lot of cool glitches you can do though! on purpose too!
