The japan version previously includes story lines for each episode, focusing a high school teenager striving to enter the biggest baseball competition in japan, some even required you to find teammates. You play the character in a 3years time to prepare him to compete with other teams in japan. Specific training such as pitching, running, hitting, and also manage your relation with others (girls, teammate, and coach) The developing process is a huge entertainment as player is trained from rookie to pro. The japan power pro series makes sure u "owns" the player, u trained it, and after that it can be use as a player in team plays. Building strong fast ball thrower, curve ball pitcher, high speed runner or super home run hitter. However, This particular version is a total disappointment. 1)no story mode 2)no development of players (where u train the players skills) 3)no role playing 4)time wasting (a complete game might cost around 45 till one hour, just like playing soccer in a full time mode. 5)The player was base on the player from US (i guess so...), if you don't know them, there's nothing meaningful. they only upgrade the graphics and insert the US data and English voice. Overall: its a cute sport game with MLB players in cute figure. Boring~ Japanese keeps the good stuff with them, maybe they found US gamer prefer different elements. Comment: Yucks, i rather play the japan version (powern pro kun pocket 11) that i couldn't read than wasting my time on this.

Works on AceKard 2. This game is great, but no season mode is ridiculous. The most fun you can have lies in playing a single game.

Works fine on my TT. Fun game.

I tryed playing this with my R4 and it worked fine, my brothers wouldnt load but then i noticed he hadnt upgraded to v1.18 so make sure you have that version. I played the Wii version and this one seems to be same same only no motion control, but that isnt a big deal. Still very fun.
