I haven't played the original/360 one but I might give this one a try,I have no clue about the story and the characters or whatsoever... But seeing as it's a tactical RPG//RTS,I might try it because of that~ But I suck hard though xD!

If you played the Xbox 360 game, then this will be the only reason why you might want to try this game. Blue Dragon Plus takes place a year or so after the events in Blue Dragon, and boy does the game like to remind you of that. It'll take a frustrating 20 minutes or so to even get into the actual game play, as the game seems to think it necessary to give every character a brief biography. This is fine and all if you have no clue what happened in the original game, but ten to one if you had got this game, you played the first one. So after all that it immediately throws you into a battle.... not a tutorial, a battle. That would be okay if it were a turn base game, but its not. In fact I've never experienced a battle system like this. However if you can get pass the frustrating opening hour or so of hair pulling agony (and by the way, you'll want to change the speed and volumes of the text scrolls) then you're a better person that I am. I have to say, however that the Rom works perfectly, so as far as that goes everything is great. I recommend this game only if you are willing to push through the poor opening and if you really want to get into the Blue Dragon world again.
