im still waiting for my R4i in the mail!!!!! why did i have to get it from china

i cant get it to work when i start the game but it does make a save data

The U.s One didn't work for me so let's hope this works. All my friends say this is fantastic

i have a r4 v1.18 and for some reason when i turn it on it says saved file cannot be found, please reset the console. what do i do???
