Never mind. Do not use Pokesav. Apparently, using Pokesav creates Bad Eggs in "Someone's PC".

I've found a way to make my .sav file work on my r4. I don't know if it'll work for everyone. So after you save your game for the first time, take out the MicroSD card and attach it to the usb adaptor thing. Then, open your .sav file (It should be in the directory with all your games on your computer) in Pokesav and save it after you changed one thing on Pokesav. Finally, take out your MicroSD card and reattach it to your r4. And hopefully your game should start working again. Tell me if it works.
