So you place skyscrapers and a town hall and shops and stuff?

Love this type of game, fantastic time killer and easy learning curve. Nice version on the DS as all the pc stuff seems to be here. 9/10

I've played story mode for three hours now so here's my take: It's a pretty big improvemen over the original Anno for the DS: 1. When you place buildings, the view changes to a grid so you can see where to place things an where other building are. 2. The story mode does a better job of gradually introducing new concepts 3. Every feature is well explained and "tooltips" can be opened at any time if you forget 4. The orient tech tree, treasure maps, and sea charts along with fertility add a ton of depth although I'm not far enough in yet to really see their full effect 5. The cutscenes between Chapters have voice-acting, but only images no video So, I think this game is amazing and if you liked the first one you'll probably love this one. It's easy to get the hang of since things are introduced so slowly but paced well. I just started chapter 4 and my population has only reached rank 3/5 so far and I have no military. 9/10
