basically, hanja to korean is like latin to english(or like french or something..i guess technically since english is anglo-saxon?) except its like exactly the same pronounciation it's just written in the hangeul

Oops. I used Korean ^^;; Sorry!!! Umm, I tried playing this game and it is good, pretty much the same as the original Japanese version of the game on which this game is based (it is made by the same people). Only problem is, it doesn't save? Whenever I reset the console and start the game I am required to register my name and do the whole placement test....it's really annoying. Anybody know of a fix or something? Cheers! ^^

It's for koreans who want to learn chinese letters.

And it was developed by IronNos, the same people who did Crimson Gem Saga (Garnet Chronicle) for the PSP. I really though they would do an RPG for the NDS, but alas it was not to be.

This is a korean kanji (Chinese Character, or, hanja) trainer..interesting. This may come in useful some day. For those that care, Korea doesn't actually use kanji but most of the nouns have their pronunciation derived from them. Most of the kanji words are identical to Japanese, except they are pronounced in a Korean way, and they are written in old (more complex) style. Example: Korean 학=學=hak, Japanese がく=学=gaku
