If you're attempting to play this on an emulator you're SOL. I tried psx 1.13, epsxe, pcsx, and retroarch. Retroarch playstation beetle core seemed to work the best but had extreme FPS issues. Slow down makes it unplayable. I'm not sure why this won't play on any of the emulators but all of them seemed to have the same problem, blurry graphics. If you want to play this it'll probably have to be on the actual hardware.
Maybe you was SOL but that's you!! it runs fine. I even played this emulated like 6 years ago no issues. What kind of computer are you trying to emulate games on? you need a good CPU for one. Whatever the case Duke Nukem Total Meltdown has been running fine on emulators for years.

for some reason the game has a large blur like effect to it. its impossible to play. does anyone know why?
