It probably will, but you can't run it with just your R4 by itself. You will need a slot-2 expansion cart first.

The best emulatior for playing GBA in PC is:NO$GBA,Visual Boy Advance. with NO$GBA you can play NDS games 2 and Ucan play with link in the same PC.
