As the name implies you play as a doctor.Armed with your surgical tools, a hot nurse XD, and a god-like surgical hands, you whisk your way into patients having horrible diseases and complications under time-pressured operations. Just like julenormal said it's really damned devilishly addictive and difficult. I would really recommend playing this game ( if your not squeamish of 3D guts that is XD).
