Shikakui Atama wo Maruku Suru - DS Kanji no Shou Japan

Really good game for kanji/japanese learners. I suggest this game if you know the basic kanjis but find it difficult to use them in sentence context. I really like the fact that this game also give the definition of the kanjis in simple words which makes it easy to understand, even for basic japanese learners ! For exemple, what are the kanjis for 「いっしょう」 ? (the game gives a complete sentence which I forgot) The answer is 「 一生」 which means しぬまで。

Kanji-learning game aimed at young Japanese children. Pretty good for non-native learners too. You can choose from exercises, they cover about 5-10 kanji each in various common words. Then you can go to "adventure" and take tests. The grade level is written so it's pretty easy to go up gradually and learn. Absolute recommend to anyone in the 50-400 kanji stage (beyond that, you may want a more difficult game).
