Is this game better then CrossworDS?

I hate this game!

Sorry, I just didn't like the user interface with this one. Yes, it has tons of puzzles. Yes, it's the NY Times. No, I didn't like it. :p

Just have to agree with the above poster; this is the best crossword game of the lot. Wish some of the others were this polished.

Best crossword game available for the DS so far, hands down. Better than USA Today, better than CrossworDS, better than any of the puzzle game compilations that include crossword puzzles... It's just better. The puzzles range from easy to very hard, depending on the day of the week (just like in the real NY Times). There's a challenge mode where you can play through an entire week's worth of puzzles in order to unlock a special puzzle, and there's a free play mode where you can pick the puzzle you want to play by date of the year. There is also a one cart multiplayer option that allows you to team up with others in order to complete the same puzzle, or compete against one another in timed battle. It's a simple concept all around, but no other game maker has done it better than this. A must-have for crossword fans.
