49 OUT OF 50!!!!!!! Uber game Romulation, thank you
I love this game. I got the gold version that comes with this game, and it rocks!! i say, all LoZ fan should love this.
Actually, psxfan99-, there is ONE Pokemon game that was a real time-waster:
Pokemon Snap.
How boring is it that you just take pictures of Pokemon?
I'm not trying to make fun of Nintendo; they DO have some really great games (Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Metroid Prime: Corruption), but listen to their next Legend of Zelda game for DS:
The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.
And you should see the concept art for it. Makes me want to make fun of the name that much more. I mean, it looks like it'll be worse than this great, fun game!
Not trying to pick a fight here, but I just don't want you to all be disappointed if the game can't live up to its predecessor.
I love nintendo i have everything that nintendo released. i named my self psxfan because my cousin made this account. i have loved nintendo from its start. zelda , mario , donky kong , pokemon all are the things made by nintendo and all were not wasted which ever were released were hit nothing got useless. wahoo for nintendo.
Just downloaded.
It is in English.
Love the fact that it carries on from the oringinal Zelda that I had as a kid on the watch and play model.
Fantastic graphics, great for the kids of today and even the bigger kids.
Can't wait to complete all levels.
This is the best game ever
Ignore what I just wrote! This is the important line:
Works perfectly on DeSmuME 0.9.2 - you can even emulate the shutting of the DS with this emulator !
Get 7zip or WinRAR to get the zelda-game OUT of the .rar-file.
Playing it with DeSmuME 0.9.2. So far so good, but... as someone pointed out already... there's a dead end. You need to SHUT the DS... and how do you SHUT the emulator? Basically: You don't. Guess they have to include a new a function.
I'm a big Zelda-fan, but I haven't really player anything since Minish Cap (jumped Marojas Mask after a few tries, 'cause it's annoying when you're right at the end of a temple and your time runs out ^^).... I think this game is really innovative. I've never seen something like this... you use your voice... you draw an the screen, making lines and then dig where they cross and get a treasure... it's very cool. and then this...... SHUT the DS... wow! too sad emulators can't... but hey, I don't blame them... who would have ever thought a game would make you close the console!? No one. ;)
It dosent work! i downloaded it and the emulator but it wont open because it's a RAR file, plz help me!
Phantom Hourglass is my absolute favourite Zelda game - very responsive touchscreen control, innovative item usages (grappling hook as a tightrope!), epic boss battles, gorgeous cel shading, portability - it has it all. The story's great, and there's plenty of sidequests to delve into. The motorised ship is also far less annoying than the Wind Waker sailboat, and scribbling clues on your map is incredibly useful.
If I had to criticise, having to repeatedly repeat the Temple of the Ocean King (minimum four times!) got really annoying. The lack of Four Swords-style co-op, as planned, was also disappointing. The included Battle Mode isn't exactly an effective replacement, but can be fun when you've got time to burn.
Despite a few flaw, Phantom Hourglass is a fantastically fun Zelda game.
(By the way, the switch order in the Ghost Ship is not wrong - you're just reading the clue the wrong way. The normal assumption is that you simply read the numbers left to right, and pull the switches corresponding with the numbers. However, this isn't the way they're listed here. Each number represents a switch, and you pull the switch represented by a 1 first, then the switch represented by 2, and so on. For example, 5 1 4 3 2 means you actually pull the switches in the order 2 5 4 3 1)
Coolio., =3
Make a new Zelda game then Nintendo!! =3
