This isn't real Mah-jong...
I agree with njcraigslister - it would be nice if the tiles were bigger. This one might cause a little bit of eye strain before long.
However, as far as Mah Jong games go, this one's pretty good. You can rotate the whole board in several ways, which helps to see if there are any moves you're missing.

The tiles are a little bit tiny on the screen, but otherwise it's a fun game. You play Mah Jong games to proceed in the storyline (albeit a weak one) or you can play side games of Mah Jong for fun, too.
