Thought the game was boring

I've been playing this game for several days and i really like it. I don't understand IGN's review. Yes there's a LOT of dialogues but hey it's an adventure game! Besides, they are waaaaaay more interesting than in Trauma Center where i skip all the text as they're totally useless and boring. In fact this game is a hospital sim with all the small dramas and love affairs it encloses, mixed up with a doctor sim (find all the patient's symptoms yourself) and surgeon sim. Plus: the operations are more realistic than trauma's ones, no odd colors and no surreal virus: you clearly see the organ you're operating and will butcher it as a real surgeon. Cons: Clearly nothing: i never got lost, not knowing what to show to whom as it's all very logic. Sorry IGN but you fail this time ^^

This game is not an adventure game, it is more simulation, as it simulates people doing surgery etc.

The game froze in chapter 3 so I couldn't complete it, but overall this is a good game.
