So the arm7 patch for the R4 doesn't help? And currently there is no way to get it to work for the R4? Trying to decide if I should try it anyway, or save my points instead. Thanks!

This game works on the SCDS1, AK2, SD SD, M3 Real and iTouch DS. It does not work on the CycloDS Evolution, EDGE, R4 or DSTT. It's a pretty decent game. The touchscreen control kind of sucks, but it has a very cinematic feel, and the graphics are very good for a DS game.

I have an R4, and this game does NOT WORK with it. It works until you press Start, then both screens become blank. Same with No$GBA :( I'll try and find a working copy and report back.

Same problem in no$gba. Weird.

There are other games that are 256MB like higurashi no nako koro ni, 13 dai no hello and evangelion

It is. But I don't know if it's the Micro SD itself, or the card. You may need a patch.

Did anyone using an r4 get it to work?

Although, through a SanDisk 2 GB, it's a little laggy. But it's all right, for the most part.
