It is possible to play this game without a grip, but you need AR codes for it.

Well, that multiplayer problem is a common one that counts for quite a lot of games... Furthermore I recommend you all to play this game :P The songs are amazing, it has (finaly) a bit more difficult to play songs and it`s Guitar Hero, so what more do you need to know xD !?!?
English; must yse with grip :D And yeah, your friend has to have the same Region for multiplay. US release should be out sometime soon!! :D
Just a heads-up:
if you want to play this multiplayer, make sure the other person has a UK version too(uk version= english EU release)
this WON'T work with the US versions of on tour and on tour: decades.
