I have R4 Revolution and used this link http://www.megaupload.com/fr/?d=TOPVIGGM...Download file (it's free) and unzip, will save as hello.sav...I then downloaded the (U) DiPLODOCUS verson of this game and renamed hello.sav file to 2987 - Hello Kitty Big City Dreams (U)(DiPLODOCUS).sav and it works perfectly (delete any previos Hello Kitty sav file), not sure if it works on (E) version as I haven't done it...

Patched it with Arm7 fix. But that didn't work for the R4. But the game works on my Cyclo without the patch.
