I get the message that it cant read from memory is there another programe i should use for this with a r4 ??

Hmm. Have to say I'm kinda disappointed in this, actually. It's a brilliant idea, and the program is quite well done, but the text is HUGE even at the "smallest" size and it's very distracting to have an animated page-flip. In addition to that, I usually prefer to read in "landscape" mode (it feels a LOT more natural with the shape of the DS, and you're not reading from the top to the bottom of one screen and then over to the next). I can't really fault the program for the last bit, but it would have been really nice to have more varied text, colour or orientation options. I guess I'm sticking with DSReader for the moment. Still, very good books, so far as the public domain goes.

Are the books any good?

Good product, contains loads of books that i always wanted to read but not got round to it, just started reading around the world in 80 days, thanks

Even then it still is, you can *make* a backup copy of your software, it could be argued, and probably would be by copyright holders that you *downloaded* a backup copy instead of making it yourself.

Yes n0thealthy technically these are illegal unless you own a proper bought copy of the actual game, then I think its ok because technically it will just be a back up file, although I could be wrong.

I'm fairly certain it's still illegal: the books may be in the public domain, but this is an application for reading them, too. Which also probably brings up an answer to the other point people are mentioning: why download this? Well, because it's 100 books in one application? I have several reader programs on my DS and I'm downloading because not only would getting the books individually take an age, but the Classic Book Collection looks like a fairly decent, well-designed program - much better than most other free apps. It's "useless" in the same way that all other media players besides Windows Media Player are useless. Just because it duplicates a function doesn't make it inferior, or even the same.

Brilliant, this saves me spending money on the classics i wanted for xmas bt didn't get! I was going to go out and buy them, but i can read them on the ds instead, cool! Thanks!
