I've been using the other version of this for a while now. It's actually pretty nice for people who are interested in improving their mental math skills and proficiency with simple equations in general. It doesn't get any more complicated than addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, so if you're looking for "smart people levels" of math you're probably going to have to settle for a book, heh. This is a game you might want to consider if you like the Brain Age and My Coach type "games" and if you freeze up at the sight of a problem you can't solve with your fingers.
