yes you can play drums. also lead guitar, rythem guitar and bass guitar. it has the options easy, normal and hard so you can challenge yourself. its about becomming a rock legent, and you play on different stages with different songs trying to get more and more fans. it is a lot of fun! i really like it! thumbs up! thanks guys!
