Works fine on r4 without patch,game completed,well worth downloading,many thanks to Romulation.

I didn't need the arm7 patch on my R4, just works fine! I just started the game, but I suppose it's just like in the previous Broken Sword games, you'll play both charachters...

Not being sexist but, do you play as the woman the whole time? I just started and was immediately put off by her.

You'll need to be a bit more specific on what lock you are stuck at. There are quite a few of them in game... Also this is an entertaining game, as I've never played the original. The puzzles were pleasantly challenging which I found suprising, so definitely worth a try.

Im stuck, how do you work out the lock on the door :( ... ive read the hint, but im not sure what they mean by dragging the cursor top-left to top-right .. please help :( !x

That lack of audio sucks indeed, but I'll give it a play. Thanks for the upload.

The only problem is, if you've played the original you will know that the voices and quirky phrases are one of it's biggest appeals.. the DS Version has no voices, you just have to read it all and it doesn't feel the same. However the story had extra parts, for instance you start off with Nicol before the bomb has gone off in the cafe (the original starts with the cafe blowing up). This is good if you really like a challenge it can get pretty tricky even at the beginning you have to crack an encrypted message by working out which symbol is a letter.. which takes quite alot of effort and logic. 8/10, would be 10 if it had the original voices.
