You cant save and you cant play...(caz when you save there is a problem and you need to restart...)

Strange.... Why can't I save?? Whenever it gets to any point where it saves it says "Cannot save game. Insert DS game card again" or something like that... Oh, when I get to the moogle teaches you how to fight, it freezes...

Every time I try to save it says to turn the game off and re-insert the DS card and when it tells me how to fight it freezes at the end of the conversation and if I say I know to skip it it freezes please help.
