I recommend this game. I think it is great game and as a lot of people mentioned, it is like Trauma Center, but with cars. It kept me entertained for hours. Really worth a download!

It's a fun game but... you can mod your own car...BUT you can't drive it?!? Hopefully in the sequel they let you drive.
