After an event in the game, it just suddenly freezes when I'm going to operate, It was so hard and it's gonna waste my time if I'm going to repeat the whole game all over again.

GREAT game not lyeing really good nice stroy line get to operate on your patient and miyanee you can save by pressing start or select hope that helps

There are a few diff. endings to each chapter, I finished mine with good endings.

I love this game but ... we can't easily save it until we manage to finish something. It's tormenting T__T I have played for 2 hours when I feel like tired and want to stop but the "save" options haven't come.....

well, I didn't like the game, but it's a real good one in graphics, history, etc.

I always get hang, with US and Europe version. But it's seems fun. Cuz, i'm able to play the first two chapter.

when I actually rented Surgical Unit before I got my R4DS I thought the game was pretty fun. However, is the bad ending the only one? It seems nigh impossible to revive the Prof. or whatever his name is. Mind you, I haven't tried it on the R4, so I don't know if it's possible using cheats, but I have no desire to replay the game.

right, this game is AWESOME! the storyline is just amazing! im not sure if its the same as surgical unit because i have not played it but i think this is the sequel because its being released in the UK sometime next week.. so yeah, if you like trauma centre or those good old Japanese story games, or if you dont..just play it! :D
