Smuggler's Run USA

This file type is a .img not an ISO, so OPL is having trouble recognizing it. Is there a way to get the ISO or convert img to ISO?

.img is a perfectly valid format and should be usable in an emulator just the same as .iso (you may have to switch the open dialog to show all files for it to show up, if there is a .ccd or .cue file load that instead). Failing that, there are programs that can convert it to .iso
