Has anyone else had issues running this on the Wii, since all I'm getting is a black screen.

Try video mode: system default. Or force as NTSC/PAL. Or turn video patch on. If that doesn't work, you could change IOS to 250. I had black screen on Tomb Raider Underworld, and I ran it as "force PAL" and it works! Good luck.
